Schiacciata is the undisputed protagonist of Tosca’s gastronomic offer. Tuscany can be savored in every single bite: our schiacciate are stuffed with typical Tuscan cold cuts, such as salami, the finocchiona and the mortadella of Prato, without forgetting the famous schiaccia with cecina and our
special schiacciate filled with local recipes such as l’inzimino, the Lampredotto and the Florentine tripe. The offer will be wide: there will be schiacciate specifically for the little ones and a series of light and quick dishes, to satisfy everyone in a really tasty break!

With the innovative additional service TOSCA & GO, the user can order and collect from the parking lot without getting off the car: the app itself will recognize the customer through the car model and car plate geo-localizing the client at the restaurant parking.
The format is highly digitized: there are monitors from which users can also order automatically to speed up the processes and offer efficient service. Self ordering is always guaranteed through our high performance app, where it is possible to order and collect directly from the collection points outside, without entering inside the restaurant.
